Tie Luo Han Tea (Iron Arhat) is a Yan (Rock) Oolong Tea produced on Wuyi Mountain in China's Fujian Province. The tea, according to legend, was first created by a very strong monk who was known for his dark skin. The tea was named after him. This tea is virtually unknown outside of China. It is a fantastic full bodied tea with a complex flavor that has gentle floral notes.
