Jinlan Zisha Teapot For Sale
This great Jinlan shaped Zisha Teapot was hand crafted in Yixing, China's Zisha production center by master teapot maker Yu Yinjin. The shape, Jinlan means Well Head because its shape is modeled on the ancient stone well heads that were on every village well in China. The lid handle ends in two Ruyi's. The Ruyi is a traditional scepter in China and was given as a gift by the emperor to officials and visiting dignitaries. It is a symbol of luck.
