Shipping and Handling

One of the most important aspects of any online business is Shipping and Handling. Therefore a lot of thought has been put into how we handle it here at Chinese-Tea-Culture.com.

All of our products, after being hand inspected and packed are shipped directly by us here in China. We use China Post and our prices are based on China to the United States shipping fees. We do not pad our shipping and handling fees. There are some instances when the shipping and handling amount paid by our customers are actually lower than the fees turn out to be and we cover the difference ourselves.

Shipping to the United States and Europe generally takes about 10 days. You can choose between SAL and Air shipping, but we recommend that you use the SAL because it takes about the same time, but is considerably cheaper.

We understand that shipping can be expensive and therefore we always add tea samples to every purchase to try to take some of the sting out of it. We are more than happy to calculate your order’s shipping costs via email. If you wish us to do so, please feel free to contact us . If you are making a large order, let us know and we will be happy to offer a discount on your total.
