The 2007 Dayi "Hou Pu Bing" Ripe Puer Tea Cake is a great tea. Its name translates as Thick Pu(er) Cake. The leaves used in this production are medium sized. The tea has an already mellow taste that makes it ready for immediate consumption, but it will also continue to improve with age. Its smooth taste and rich aroma make this a very nice tea.
